The job involves working in a team of 3 OFM administrators (the team also includes a Service desk, Unix administrator and Oracle DBAs) managing test, QA and Production Oracle Fussion Middleware installations that runs various inbuilt (Portal rooms/WC Spaces) and ADF applications.

The job involves working in a team of 3 OFM administrators (the team also includes a Service desk, Unix administrator and Oracle DBAs) managing test, QA and Production Oracle Fussion Middleware installations that runs various inbuilt (Portal rooms/WC Spaces) and ADF applications to perform the following tasks:
 
- Work on incident tickets (logged by the service desk) and try to resolve them.  This will involve logging tickets to oracle support and contacting the customer and suppliers of the software (including transferring incidents to the suppliers where necessary and providing information that they may require). 

 
- Grant/revoke privileges (enterprise roles) based on incident requests (logged by the service desk).
 
- Implement Change requests for making changes to the OFM (e.g. patching) and upgrading/adding applications to the system.
 
- Write and maintain documentation.
 
- Work on maintenance windows (one Saturday per month on a rotation with the other OFM colleagues).
 
- Follow the various security procedures of Eurofighter/NATO (these will be explained to them).
