The Applications Sales Manager for Mid Size Enterprise will
be responsible for leading and managing the Applications go to market
(GTM,) cross industry for the MSE Team in Spain and Portugal. The Sales
Manager will have first line management responsibilities for a team of
Application Sales Representatives (some based remotely).
Responsibilities include development and implementation of broad GTM
strategy for Oracle’s efforts in working with major accounts, existing
customers and net new business sales opportunities.
The
Sales Manager’s primary responsibilities are leading the GTM strategy
and Sales execution, developing a virtual management team focused on
executing our strategy, delivering expected levels of revenue
performance, ensuring customer success, marketing and sales development,
deployment of corporate strategies across the team, and managing sales
performance. He/She will accomplish this through interaction with the
sales team, customers, partners, and lines of business across Oracle.
The Sales Manager provides leadership and direction in establishing
Oracle as the leader across Commercial Industries.
